Mental Performance Training

Elite athletic performance requires more than physical strength and skill—it demands mental resilience, clarity, and confidence. Our Mental Performance Training program at Landow Performance is designed to enhance athletes' mental toughness, sharpen their cognitive skills, and optimize their psychological readiness. Through personalized strategies, we address crucial aspects such as goal setting, stress and anxiety management, injury recovery, burnout prevention, attention control, resilience, team dynamics, and performance under pressure.
We leverage evidence-based frameworks like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Gestalt therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Our holistic approach ensures each athlete can tap into their inner motivation and align their mental game with their physical capabilities, cultivating confidence and a competitive edge tailored to their unique goals and challenges.
