Landow Performance (“LP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information when you visit our website, use our services or apps, purchase training/programs, or engage with our communications. You can browse most of our site without providing personal information; certain features or protected areas may require you to submit information or create an account.

If you have a data privacy request (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out), email us at the above address with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We’ll verify your identity and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by an additional 45 days where permitted).
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information we collect automatically:

Contact & account info: name, email, phone number, address, account credentials.

Training & scheduling info: session bookings, attendance, program selections, coach assignments.

Payment info: We use PCI-DSS–compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Communications: emails, texts, DMs, survey responses, support messages. This may include your communication preferences and SMS consent status.

Marketing preferences: your opt-ins/opt-outs, email engagement.

Site/app analytics: device data, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, cookies/pixels.

Health context you choose to share: injuries, return-to-sport goals, or relevant history you volunteer to your coach. (We are not a healthcare provider and are generally not a HIPAA-covered entity.)Â Do not share protected health information you do not want stored in routine coaching records.
- Lead-generation sources: We may also receive your information through lead forms and advertisements on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta/Instagram, Google), which can involve the use of third-party cookies, pixels, or similar technologies.
How we use your information

Provide services: schedule classes/sessions, manage memberships, deliver programs and digital content.

Communicate: transactional emails/texts (receipts, schedule updates), and marketing messages about LP classes, camps, or content. See “Marketing, email, and SMS” below for your opt-out choices.

Personalize & improve: tailor training and site content; run analytics to make our services better.

Safety, security, and compliance: fraud prevention, securing accounts, and meeting legal obligations.

Payments: process purchases and memberships via PCI-DSS–compliant providers. You’ll see a PCI compliance seal on checkout pages.
- Photos & video: We may capture photos/video for coaching review and promotional use. To opt out of promotional use, tell a staff member or email [email protected]so we can flag your account.

We use cookies and pixels to measure site performance. You can control cookies in your browser. If you block cookies, some features may not work. Some secure or account-based areas may require same-origin cookies to function properly. We do not store credit card numbers in cookies. Google advertising features:Â We use Google Analytics (including Google Ads Remarketing, Display Network Impression Reporting, and Demographics & Interests Reporting). We and third-party vendors (including Google) use first-party cookies (e.g., the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (e.g., the DoubleClick/Google Ads cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits, and to report on ad impressions and interactions.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel & Custom Audiences: We may use Meta’s Pixel to measure campaign effectiveness and to deliver/retarget ads (including Custom Audiences). Meta may associate this data with your Meta account and use it per Meta’s Data Policy.

Children’s privacy
We serve youth athletes, with parent/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child provided their personal information without parent/guardian consent, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal/financial obligations, and to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to allowable exceptions.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., Colorado, California, EU/EEA), you may have rights to:

For Colorado appeals, respond to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to appeals within 45 days. If your request relates to advertising cookies/pixels (e.g., Google Ads or Meta), please also use the opt-out tools referenced in “Advertising & analytics disclosures” and adjust your browser or device settings.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS–compliant providers, and we display a PCI Compliance Seal on checkout pages. No security measures are perfect, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, encryption in transit, and staff training.
International visitors
If you access our services from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. where laws may differ from your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Accounts & credentials
