Adult Fitness Classes

Whether you’re easing back into a routine or chasing a new PR, our classes flex to match your starting point and stretch your ceiling. Each session blends purposeful strength work, smart conditioning, and mobility/flexibility. No wasted time or effort.

Inside a typical class

  1. Dynamic warm-up and movement prep

  2. Strength block (compound lifts or kettlebell complexes)

  3. Power or metabolic finisher (sled pushes, assault bike intervals, plyometrics)

  4. Guided mobility/reset to close

Everything scales: we swap loads, ranges of motion, or work:rest ratios so beginners and veterans train side by side at the right intensity. If you're dealing with an injury, we can accommodate that too!

Small Group Training (3-5 people)

Get the focus of personal coaching without losing the fun of training with friends! We cap these squads at five so your coach can fine tune cues, tweak loads, and progress the group on a shared plan that still respects individual goals. Perfect for coworkers, friends, family, or a weekend crew that wants accountability.

Partner Training (2-on-1)

Bring a workout buddy, spouse, or training rival and split the session cost for one of our coaches! You’ll push harder, spot each other’s form, and stay consistent because skipping now means standing up your partner.

  • Individual assessments and goal tracking for each person

  • Shared warmups; diverging sets when needs differ

  • Built-in accountability so “I’ll go tomorrow” happens less

Private Training (1-on-1)

If you want every rep, rest interval, and recovery strategy dialed to you alone, this is the lane. Your coach designs a complete roadmap—strength, conditioning, mobility, nutrition check-ins if you want them—and adjusts on the fly as you progress.
