Dr. Yvette Ewens, PT, DPT — The Movement Room

Dr. Yvette's care starts with understanding your concerns and how you move. From there, she combines a thorough physical therapy evaluation, hands-on care when appropriate, and an exercise program designed around your needs. Yvette treats patients of all ages.

Your first appointment

Your initial evaluation lasts 75 minutes and includes:

- A thorough review of your history and concerns.
- A comprehensive movement and physical assessment.
- Identification of impairments that may be contributing to your symptoms.
- Manual therapy, as appropriate.
- A personalized exercise program.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. A physician referral is not required to schedule an appointment.

Six- and ten-visit packages are available at a reduced per-visit cost. Visit The Movement Room's booking site for current pricing and package details.

Insurance and payment

The Movement Room is a cash-based, self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available for patients to submit to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

FSA and HSA cards are accepted.

Chiropractic Care

Dr. Caylem McPherson — Renegade Rehab & Fitness

Dr. Caylem combines chiropractic care, hands-on treatment, and exercise rehabilitation through Renegade Rehab and Fitness. He builds treatment recommendations around your needs, with your input and preferences helping guide the approach.

He is also a Sports Performance Coach at Landow Performance and has been a contracted chiropractor for the Denver Broncos since 2021.

Your first appointment

Your first appointment lasts 60 minutes and includes a full examination and up to 30 minutes of treatment. Caylem will use the visit to develop personalized treatment recommendations.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows a full range of motion. Intake forms, a payment agreement, and HIPAA forms are sent when you book. Please complete them before arriving.

Treatment approach

Depending on your needs and preferences, treatment may include:

- Cupping
- FAKTR soft-tissue treatment
- Active Release Technique (ART)
- Exercise modifications and progressions

Caylem holds current certifications in FAKTR, ART, and the Barbell Rehab Method (BRM), and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Customized monthly packages are also available, combining treatment with personal training, rehabilitation, or both. Contact Caylem to discuss an option that fits your needs.

Follow-up length depends on how many areas are being treated. Both options and their prices are listed on the booking site. If you're unsure which to choose, contact Caylem before booking.

Ages served

Patients of all ages are welcome for evaluation, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation. Caylem discourages chiropractic adjustments for children under 12. Contact him to discuss care for a younger patient.
