Kaycie Young is a Sports Performance Coach and former professional soccer player with a passion for helping people move stronger, feel confident, and reach their goals. She played Division I soccer at both the University of Portland, where she earned her degree in Biology, and the University of Kansas, where she also completed her master’s in Exercise Science. Kaycie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds a Precision Nutrition certification, giving her the tools to combine smart training with practical nutrition guidance. After playing professionally in Sweden, she transitioned into coaching and now works with both athletes and individuals of all fitness levels, helping them build strength, improve performance, and feel their best every day.
