Loren Landow
Founder, Landow Performance | Creator of The Landow System™
B.S., C.S.C.S.*D, M.A.T. Specialist, U.S.A.W., N.A.S.M.
Loren Landow has spent over 25 years asking one question: What does this athlete need to reach their potential?
That question led him to develop The Landow System™: a methodology built on movement mastery, structural health, and individualized programming that rejects the cookie-cutter approach most facilities rely on. In 2015, he founded Landow Performance in Centennial, Colorado, to put that system into practice for athletes at every level.
The results speak for themselves. Loren has trained more than 700 professional athletes across the MLB, NHL, UFC, and WNBA, along with 70+ NFL All-Pros, 20+ first-round NFL Draft picks, and multiple Olympic gold medalists and world record holders. He's consulted for U.S. Women's National Soccer, University of Colorado Football, the Texas Rangers, the Philadelphia Phillies, and USA Bobsled and Skeleton.
From 2018 to 2023, Loren served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Denver Broncos, where he developed position-specific protocols focused on durability, recovery, and game-day readiness. He currently serves as Trematerra Family Director of Football Performance at Notre Dame.
Loren is a sought-after speaker and educator, having delivered keynotes at major conferences including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), and the SPRINTZ Conference in New Zealand. He's also the author of three books, including All-Pro Performance Training: An Insider's Guide to Preparing for the Football Combine and Ultimate Conditioning for Martial Arts.
Today, The Landow System™ lives on at Landow Performance, carried forward by the coaching staff Loren personally developed. His methodology continues to shape how athletes train—whether they're preparing for the NFL Combine, returning from injury, or chasing their next personal best.
