Loren Landow is a legendary movement, strength, and power development expert who is the Founder of Landow Performance. He currently is the Director of Football Performance at Notre Dame.
In over 30 years of coaching, Loren has worked with well over a thousand professional athletes including Olympic gold medalists, world record-holders, athletes in the MLB, NHL, UFC, WNBA, and over 50 NFL first-round draft picks. He has consulted for U.S. Women’s National Soccer, University of Colorado Football, the Texas Rangers, the Philadelphia Phillies, and USA Bobsled and Skeleton.
He has delivered keynote speeches at major conferences held by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), and the SPRINTZ Conference in New Zealand.
Loren previously served as the Denver Broncos Head Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2018-2023.
Coach Landow is the author of three books, including All-Pro Performance Training: An Insider’s Guide to Preparing for the Football Combine, and Ultimate Conditioning for Martial Arts.
