Recovery & Restoration
What happens between training sessions matters as much as what happens during them. Tissue quality, inflammation, mobility restrictions... these aren't problems you solve with a foam roller and good intentions.
That's why Landow Performance has assembled a team of recovery and restoration specialists under the same roof where you train. Our coaches and providers can communicate directly about what your body needs, and that connection between the work and the recovery is something a standalone clinic can't offer.
Assisted Stretching and Mobility
There's a ceiling on what self-stretching can accomplish. LP Coach Riglie Reeves, MS, CSCS, MAT is a certified stretching and mobility specialist. She identifies the restrictions influencing your movement quality and applies progressive techniques to systematically address them. Available in 20- and 40-minute sessions.
Manual Therapy
Mario Vetanze is a Manual Therapist specializing in hands-on soft tissue work, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Graston technique, and cupping. When foam rolling and stretching aren't getting the job done, targeted manual therapy can break up adhesions, restore tissue quality, and address the restrictions that are limiting how you move and perform.

PEMF & Red Light Therapy
Recovery One brings clinical-grade PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) and red light therapy to our Centennial facility. These non-invasive modalities work at the cellular level to reduce inflammation, accelerate tissue repair, and improve circulation. Whether you're managing accumulated training stress or recovering from injury, this is recovery technology with real research behind it.
