At Landow Performance, we teach young athletes how movement actually works. How to accelerate. How to decelerate without wrecking a knee. How to change direction and not lose a step. We coach these things with the same level of detail and intention whether the athlete is 11 or 21, because the principles of efficient movement don't change based on age.

That systematic approach comes from our founder, Loren Landow, who spent 5 years as the Denver Broncos' Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and is currently the Trematerra Family Director of Football Performance at Notre Dame. But what makes us different for youth athletes isn't our NFL or college connection. It's the coaching methodology underneath it: a progression-based system where athletes earn each next step by mastering the one before it. No skipping ahead. No flashy drills for their own sake.

Our facility in Centennial has trained thousands of young athletes from across Denver and the South Metro area. They come back season after season because the results are obvious and the training makes sense.

Most youth sports training puts kids through drills and calls it development. We teach athletes how their bodies actually produce speed, power, and change of direction, then build on that understanding session by session.

Multi-Sport Speed & Agility Class

Who it's for: Athletes ages 8–17, any sport
When: Monday through Thursday at 5 PM (drop-ins welcome)
Where: Landow Performance, Centennial, CO

This is our foundational speed class—and it's where hundreds of young Denver-area athletes have learned to run faster, cut sharper, and move with more control.

Every session covers foundational skills like acceleration mechanics, change of direction, and top-end speed. Coaches keep groups small enough to give real feedback, not just shout encouragement from across the room. Athletes learn why certain techniques work, not just what to do.

  • Single session: $35
  • Monthly packages*
    • 4 sessions: $115/month

High School Group

Who it's for: High school athletes (any sport) ready to train at a higher level
When: Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM
Where: Landow Performance, Centennial, CO

This program is built for athletes who want to play at the next level—whether that's varsity, college, or beyond.

We focus on the details that separate good athletes from great ones: running mechanics that college coaches actually notice, explosive power you can feel in your first step and your vertical, and the durability to handle a full season without your body breaking down.

The environment matters too. You'll train alongside other motivated high schoolers who push each other. Coaches give individual feedback within the group setting, so you're not just going through the motions.

Small Group Training

3–5 athletes training together with focused coaching

We work with youth and high school teams across the Denver metro area to build training programs around your season, your schedule, and your goals.

Every team session is designed specifically for your sport—emphasizing the movement patterns, strength demands, and injury prevention strategies that matter most for your athletes. We've trained teams from youth leagues to varsity programs, and we approach each one with the same attention to detail.

1-on-1 Private Training

Individualized coaching, start to finish

Private sessions are for athletes who want completely personalized attention. Your coach builds every workout around your goals, your sport, your body, and how you learn best.

This is how we train pro athletes. It's also how we work with middle schoolers who need extra focus on fundamentals. The level of individual attention is the same.
